I've always had a fascination with bugs and various insects. As matter of fact, early on in my college life, I majored in entomology. I guess the colors and designs of certain insects is almost an art form. This little painting of a ladybug is part of a series I did last year. Last Summer we had lady bugs every where. Our cats had a field day trying to catch them throughout the house.I recently received a commission to complete this painting for one of my clients. The painting is painted on masonite.
