Olives Still Life II
This painting is of two olives immersed in oil on a dish. I particular enjoy the high level of shine and reflection in this composition. The painting is painted on a smooth masonite surface to enhance the transparency.
I really like this painting but not for the reason you might think. I can clearly see the olives on the plate, but since I am a child of the 80's, I also see a little hello guy with shiny eyes staring back at me going WAKKA WAKKA WAKKA.
