Gold Leaf and oil painting. I incorporated an additional twist to my gold leaf painting.

Sliced Red Apple with Peeler

This is the second in the series of still life's that I have incorporated an aluminum bowl with fruit. In this painting I added a peeler to the composition. The reflective nature of the object along with the various colors makes for a strong piece.

This little painting was done to prepare for a larger still life that I have planned later this month. I really enjoy the vibrant reds in the many layers of paint in this still life.

Miniature Painting Series II - Jelly Donut

This is the second of many in a small series of these miniature paintings coming out within the next few days and weeks. The still life is loosely painted and it is very rich and impressionistic in style.
